Order policies

Clear expectations before an order.

Please read this before placing an order. Placing an order means you agree. These policies can be updated, and the written confirmation for your order controls if something here is unclear.

Effective September 25, 2026. Questions: [email protected].

1. Orders and cancellations

Show

You have 24 hours after placing an order to cancel and receive a refund. After 24 hours, the order is final and no refund is given.

No returns. For safety and quality, a shipped order is not accepted back.

Lost or damaged packages are handled under tracking and lost packages, below.

2. Payment

Show

An order is not processed until payment clears. An unpaid order is cancelled after 48 hours. Items are not held or reserved without payment.

Accepted methods: Zelle, Cash App, credit card (3.5% processing fee), crypto (2% off), and wire transfer on orders over $10,000 only.

A price on the catalog is not a paid order. Payment instructions are sent by email to [email protected]. This page does not take a card number.

3. Pricing

Show

Earlier prices no longer apply. An order is charged at the price in effect when it is placed.

Some returning clients may receive a limited discount. If you qualify, the studio will contact you. Discounts do not stack, and pricing is not negotiated in a message thread.

Prices can change because of logistics and operating costs. The price at the time you order is the price you pay.

4. Processing times

Show
  • Singles: ships within 1–3 business days.
  • Kits in stock: ships within 1–3 business days.
  • Kits not in stock: about 2–3 weeks.

You will get an exact timeframe when the order is placed. These are times until the order ships, not delivery times. Weekends and holidays are not business days.

5. Stock and special handling

Show

Some items, especially limited or special-handling ones, can run into supply interruptions, shipping holds, or customs delays, including after they enter the United States. These can happen without notice.

If an item is affected, the studio will contact you. You can keep waiting, or cancel that item for store credit. The rest of the order keeps processing.

6. Shipping

Show

Orders ship once the entire order is ready. If you would rather receive items as they become available, ask. Each extra shipment is arranged before it goes out.

The shipping charge is the same for the United States, Canada, and other countries. It depends only on how many kits are in the shipment:

  • 1–4 kits$80
  • 5–27 kits$120
  • 28 or more kits$200

The cart uses this same charge. Choose where the order ships before you send it.

Check the shipping address before you order. After a label is created, the address may not be changeable. A change has to be requested inside the 24-hour window.

If a package is returned because the address was wrong or it was not picked up, reshipping is at the buyer’s cost. That cost is confirmed before anything is sent again.

For other countries, delivery times vary. Customs inspections, duties, holds, and local carrier delays happen after dispatch and are outside the studio’s control. Duties and fees are the buyer’s responsibility.

7. Tracking, loss, and damage

Show

A tracking number means a label has been created. The carrier may take 1–3 business days to show the first scan. No movement yet does not mean it has not shipped.

Report damage within 48 hours of delivery. Keep the original packaging and send clear photos.

Report a lost package if tracking has not moved in 7 business days.

Once tracking shows a package as delivered, the studio is not responsible for a stolen or missing package. Contact the carrier or the local post office.

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute instead of writing first means a permanent refusal of future orders. Email [email protected] first.

8. Order questions

Show

Tracking and order updates are handled by email only. Questions posted in a group chat, on a public social post or comment, or in a direct message will not be answered.

Email [email protected] with your name and order number, and allow 24–48 hours for a reply. Messages are answered Monday–Friday. A night or weekend message is answered on the next business day.

Sending the same note in several places does not make a reply faster.

No dosing questions and no personal-use questions. Those are not answered. Do not post order details, tracking, or shipping problems in public.

9. Certificates and independent testing

Show

A certificate of analysis is available for a product on request. Email [email protected] with the product name and your order number, or ask on WhatsApp.

If you have a product independently tested and send the full lab report, you receive 15% off the next order. The report must come from a recognized third-party lab. A home test kit does not qualify. One discount per product tested. Discounts do not stack.

By sending a report, you agree the studio may share the results without your name.

10. Research use only

Show

All materials are sold strictly for laboratory research. They are not for human consumption. They are not for veterinary use. They are not drugs, supplements, or food. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. They have not been evaluated or approved by the FDA for human use.

Calling a material “research use only” is not evidence that it is safe or effective for any use in a person.

Information on this site is educational. It is not medical advice. This house does not diagnose, prescribe, or create a provider–patient relationship. Discussing a compound or a paper is not a recommendation to use it personally.

Published research changes, and so do regulations. A question about your own health belongs with a licensed clinician who knows you. This site is not for a medical emergency. If you think you are having one, call 911.

By ordering, you confirm that you are at least 21, that the material will be used only for lawful research, and that you are responsible for handling, storing, and using it in line with the law that applies to you.

The same rule is on the research standard.

11. Privacy

Show

A research request asks for a name, an email address, an organization, the compounds you select, and a note. That note is saved in this browser so the inbox on this device can show it. Sending it also opens a mail draft to [email protected].

The catalog does not sell personal information and does not run an advertising tracker. To ask for a copy of a message, or to ask that it be deleted from the studio mailbox, email [email protected]. Do not put health information or a personal protocol in the note.
